    Hello and welcome to our micro-learning course on Effective Goal Setting. Goals are an integral part of organizational success. Today, more than ever in our knowledge economy, and with the realities of an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world and workplace, it is absolutely essential to set clear goals as the basis for managing the performance of your employees. This is even more critical now that more people are working remotely with various forms of flexible work arrangements. Without clear and effective goals, managing teams across geographies and with limited physical supervision will be a nightmare.
